Cooperation between Identeco and SMB Cybersecurity

Security gaps in the IT infrastructure or employee account data in the hands of criminals can cost companies their existence, not to mention the damage to their reputation. To protect company accounts, Identeco and DEFENDERBOX are launching a joint test phase. The proof-of-concept (PoC) will test the possibility of DEFENDERBOX customers checking in real time which company identities and passwords have been leaked and are available on the internet/darknet. Following a positive PoC, all SMEs using DEFENDERBOX can also protect themselves against account takeover, fraud, financial losses and payment defaults.

Identeco is the leading German, GDPR-compliant company for account protection. The spin-off from the University of Bonn uses its products to check whether customer or employee accounts are at risk from leaked login data.
